Every package includes editing, MLS and web resolutions, and next-day delivery. Prices are for homes up to 2,500 sq ft; larger properties quoted on request.
If your team lists consistently, stop paying per shoot. The Team Plan gives you locked availability, one invoice, and a consistent visual standard across every agent in the office — so your brand looks the same whether the listing is in Oak Bay or Langford.
Ten years shooting high-end residential across North America — from Mexico City penthouses to Island waterfront. The same standard applies to a $600K condo and a $6M estate.

"We photograph homes the way agents wish they could describe them."
Henry Oak Visuals is run by Enrique Sánchez and Angélica Robledo, a two-photographer studio based on Vancouver Island. Enrique spent a decade in luxury real estate in Mexico City — first selling it, then photographing it — which means every frame is composed by someone who has actually sat across the table from a seller.
Working as a pair is our advantage: two shooters means we cover a full home faster, hold same-week availability, and deliver the next morning. And because we come from the sales side, we shoot for the outcome you care about — showings booked, not just pretty pictures.
Next day as standard, at no extra charge. Book before 11am and same-day delivery is usually possible — just ask.
Yes. New agents get one full session at no cost — photos, a social reel and drone coverage. We'd rather earn your business with the work than talk about it. No contract, no obligation.
Both. For occupied homes we arrive early and handle light staging adjustments as part of the session.
Island weather is Island weather. Exteriors get sky enhancement included, and we'll reshoot a key exterior free if conditions were genuinely unusable.
Yes — all aerial work is flown under Transport Canada regulations with the appropriate certification and insurance.
That's what two shooters are for. Teams on the Team Plan get priority scheduling.
